STUDENT MENTORS NEEDED

Athletes for Kids (AFK) is a youth mentoring program, not a sports program, that needs our help! AFK pairs high school students with children who have disabilities. It provides guidance, training, and support to both mentors and mentees to learn social, encouragement, and leadership skills.

JHS Booster is interested in increasing our school's participation rate in this program. Please encourage your athletes, students and community to support this program. If you know someone who may be interested, please have them reach out to become a mentor. The membership process is thorough, so don't wait until you have "time."
